If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased materials, contact info@vocoscript.com and we will work to resolve it promptly. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds but we will ensure you receive access to what you purchased.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and to terminate access to purchased materials in the event of a chargeback.
